Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in instructional coaching or corporate training (e.g., educational technology or K-12 or Higher Education landscape).
Experience delivering engaging workshops.
Experience navigating the localized educational landscapes across (EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience planning and coordinating event logistics from inception to execution.
Experience managing customer or partner relationships.
Experience creating training guides and building learning materials.
