Job Summary
The IT Intern (Student ) will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Support on a integral operations environment, been the technical assistant to collaboration platforms tickets (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Interact with multiple organizational levels to solve IT related network and cloud requisitions.
- Will be responsible for operations and support of collaborative and productive.
- Collaboration support.
- Project execution, Automation processes.
- Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
Here is some of what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related.
- Conversational English is a must.
- Available to work Monday to Friday 10:00am
- 7:00pm
- Previous basic knowledge on collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Zoom, Outlook) as user.
- Scripting Knowledge is also a plus.
- Data base knowledge is also a plus.
- Development skills is also a plus.
