**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational excellence
- Manage main productivity KPI's (OTTR and OTFP among others)
- Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role (at least 1 year).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve results
- English: intermediate level
- Excel and Office knowledge

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5 s's)
