**Job Summary：**
The ADP is a 2-2.5 year leadership and functional rotation-based program; with an average of 3 role changes in Manufacturing, Engineering, Suppy Chain, Materials and Operational Excellence in our Apodaca Plant.
**The Program**:
- minimum of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following
- functions:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics
Engineering)- Operations (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial
- Management or Industrial Distribution)**Qualifications**:




- Graduating Seniors or Recent graduates (within 18 months) with a degree directly related to our functional program.
- Leadership experiences (i.e. professional, development club officer, committee chairperson, job related leadership experiences in internships, school projects or similar)
- Related internships or projects six months related work experience.
- International experience desired (It could be any studies abroad or remote interaction or similar)
