**Job Description** GENERAL DESCRIPTION**
- Team Leader acts as key support to the group of product controlling to fulfill expectations as a Business Partner.
- This will be through leadership, experience, training, coaching and support of capacity in team and any strategical projects.
**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Core tasks in product controlling are as follows, but not limited to:
- ** Planning product unit costs, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing monthly P&L; deviations of all main categories.**:
- Quoting new and existing business
- Support to production area for financial topics to achieve expected targets and benchmarking activities with integral business unit or leadplant.
- Support role to the team to achieve tasks on time with high quality.
- ** Coordination of the team and processes related to product controlling.**:
- Training and coach of the team members to accomplish the product controller role.
- Promotes and actively supports team member development.
- Supports team members to reach deadlines with high quality.
- Promotes cooperation in the team.
- Promotes lessons learned discussion.
- ** Supports to team members to solve constructively conflict situations.**:




- Strategic projects as needed.
- Time to time support on tasks to balance capacity within team.
**Qualifications** EDUCATION & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Bilingual (Spanish & Advanced English).
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Controlling at large manufacturing businesses.
- SAP, Ms office.
- Experience in developing skills of a team in order to improve their performances and its environment.
