Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT
team in Monterrey.

In this role,



you’ll play a key part in maintaining our critical hardware,
systems, and network infrastructure across our regional operations. Working
directly on-site while partnering with remote technical teams, you’ll solve
complex technical challenges to keep our facilities seamlessly connected and
fully operational. Here, your hands-on expertise will strengthen our
foundational IT environment while giving you a solid platform to advance your

What You’ll Do:

* Provide on-site support: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
while troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly to minimize
downtime.

* Setup and maintain network infrastructure: Follow network diagrams to
physically rack servers, Nutanix, and devices like Firewalls, Routers,
Switches, and Patch Panels at remote sites.

* Collaborate and support end-users: Address daily IT queries, offer system
training, and partner with remote teams (Networking, SysAdmins, Backup) an
