About the Role
Forte Group is seeking a skilled Senior Java Engineer with GWT experience to join our Escalation Team. This team specializes in investigating complex production issues, resolving critical customer-facing problems, and improving the reliability of enterprise systems that require deep technical expertise and rapid problem-solving.
In this role, you'll investigate complex production issues, implement system enhancements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, long-term solutions. Your contributions will help ensure our platform continues to meet the highest standards of performance, stability, and reliability.

About the Product
Our product and engineering team develops an enterprise-grade workload automation platform that provides organizations with a centralized solution for planning, scheduling, and orchestrating business-critical processes across applications, systems, and infrastructure.
The platform consists of multiple tightly integrated applications that automate complex IT workflows, optimize workload execution,



provide centralized schedule management, and deliver operational analytics and real-time system insights.

About the Team
Our engineering organization is distributed across Poland, Ukraine, Argentina, and the United States, with additional colleagues based in Germany, the Netherlands, and other European countries.

Two end-to-end Feature Teams responsible for developing and evolving core product functionality.
A dedicated Test Automation Team focused on ensuring product quality and reliability.
The Escalation Team, which you will join—a specialized engineering team that partners closely with Support, Feature Teams, and QA to investigate critical production issues, resolve complex technical challenges, and deliver sustainable fixes.
