Affiliate Account Manager
The idóneo candidate is a results-driven affiliate marketing professional with experience growing partner networks, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving customer acquisition in a performance-focused environment. They combine strong analytical skills with excellent relationship-building abilities, using data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Fluent in both Spanish and English, they thrive in fast-paced teams and are passionate about building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the Hard Rock Bet Mexico affiliate program, serving as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners.
Build, maintain,



and expand relationships with existing affiliates while proactively recruiting new partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and partnership terms to maximize acquisition and revenue performance.
Monitor affiliate budgets, forecasts, and channel performance against key business objectives.
Analyze and report on affiliate KPIs including NDCs, CPA, ROAS, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
Identify optimization opportunities through performance analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Collaborate with CRM, media, product, analytics, legal, compliance, and creative teams to execute successful affiliate campaigns.
Ensure affiliate tracking, attribution, and reporting systems are accurate and functioning effectively.
Develop localized marketing materials and promotional initiatives tailored to the Mexican market.
