Review motor design specifications (torque, current draw, brush wear limits) during New Product Introduction (APQP) to ensure manufacturability.
Lead and continuously update Process FMEAs (PFMEA) specifically for winding, commutator welding, and brush-box assembly.
Author, assemble, and approve Level 3 PPAP packages, including Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
