Job Description:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and Financial Analyst to lead operating expense (OPEX) planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision support across for NPAT pillar of HPE Networking.



This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing financial insights that drive business performance, optimize investments, and support strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Annual budget plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning activities. Provide accurate forecasts and identify risks and opportunities affecting business performance. Perform detailed variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
OPEX Management
Manage operating expense budgets across multiple organizations and cost centers. Partner with business leaders to monitor spending, optimize resource allocation, and improve financial performance. Track spending trends and provide actionable recommendations to achieve financial objectives. Support workforce planning and headcount management activities. Support capital allocation and portfolio prioritization decisions.
