The Senior Manager - EMO Mexico plays a critical role in supporting the Director, EMO Americas and Europe. This position oversees Brown‑Forman’s External Manufacturing Operations for bottling and canning co‑packers across the Mexico region. In conjunction with your team, manage in excess of 10MM cases of co-packed goods. The role spans multiple disciplines, including negotiation, vendor management, production planning and scheduling, procurement, materials management, and 3PL warehouse management.

Is a strategic partner and collaborator with BF Mexico and center-led internal resources. Directly manage and build relationships with Co-packing partners. Lead the prospecting, start-up, and development of new Co-packers. Lead the production analysis, recommendation, and implementation of new products and packages produced in the region. Provide leadership, influence, and expertise among stakeholders to formulate a shared vision. Clearly communicate the vision and obtain commitment to goals and action plans.
