About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Latam, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for the Commercial Execution in Latam. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring ambitious performance objectives are met across the Latam Region. These objectives include achieving the Company’s revenue and profit targets,



maximising growth opportunities, and helping to steer the Company through a period of change.

The Commercial Manager will ensure adherence to Pharmanovia’s values and policies, as well as business conduct requirements and legislation. S/he will work to ensure a strong, collaborative team culture and strategic alignment with Company strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Drive sales of our product portfolio in Mexico, Central America, and South America, achieving annual targets for top-line and profitability.
Follow up on secondary sales and promotional efforts across all channels: wholesalers, pharmacy chains, hospitals, tenders, and other commercial channels.
Identifying, proposing, and implementing novel ways to grow our business organically, including new product opportunities and sales and marketing initiatives at various levels and targeting different audiences (wholesalers, retailers, pharmacy chains,
