Where You'll Make a Difference
Support the Market & Consumer Insights team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing consumer, market, and category data.
Translate research findings into clear and actionable insights that support fragrance innovation and business decisions.
Conduct market, competitor, and category analyses, with a primary focus on Consumer Fragrance, Fabric Care, and Home Care categories.




Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects.
Manage research documentation, databases, and reporting materials to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into research objectives.
Coordinate with external research agencies and suppliers, supporting project execution and vendor management activities.
Develop compelling presentations and reports that communicate key findings and recommendations.
Monitor consumer and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Consumer Behavior, Statistics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Insights, or a related function.
