* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical
field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders to
architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions in cloud environments.
* 3 years of experience managing technical teams, or serving as a team lead or
mentor for technical teams.
* Experience leading technical conversations with customer stakeholders or
managing escalations.
* Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client
relationship management in this region.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* MBA or Master’s degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
* Experience managing teams focused on cloud operations, SRE, or technical
account management.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, support,
product) to drive customer outcomes.
* Understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., Networking, IAM, Compute,
Storage) and operational frameworks (e.g., ITIL, DevOps, SRE).
* Ability to attract and develop talent, with a track record of coaching team
members to improve performance.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
in a changing environment.
