We're looking for ambitious builders who want to do more than generate leads.

As one of our first GTM Associates focused on the U.S. market, you'll help shape
how Innovamat expands across Texas and beyond. You'll identify new
opportunities, build relationships with school districts, test new outreach
strategies, and work directly with senior leadership to accelerate our growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll play a key role in opening new markets across the United States. Your
day-to-day will include:

* Research and identify new school district opportunities across the U.S.

* Build relationships with district leaders through outbound calls, email
campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting

* Generate high-quality meetings for our Growth team

* Experiment with messaging, sequences, and GTM strategies to continuously
improv
