The Nanjing University School of Biomedical Engineering, founded in December , is a dynamic new institution established to create a world‐class hub at the intersection of life sciences, engineering, and clinical medicine.

Our mission is to solve pressing global health challenges through innovative research and to educate the future leaders of biomedical innovation.

By synergizing Nanjing University's historic strengths in fundamental science research with the vibrant, industry‐rich ecosystem of our Suzhou campus, the school provides an idóneo environment for innovation, translation, and education.

Supported by a substantial institutional commitment, the School will grow into a collaborative community of over 90 faculty and 100 research support staff, with over 30,000 square meters of state‐of‐the‐art research space on the Suzhou campus within five years.
