About the Role
As our Agency Enablement Associate, you'll be the go-to person for our agency partners' day-to-day questions and issues.
You'll live in Slack during EST business hours, answering questions in real time, unblocking partners when they hit friction, and helping activate new agencies so they can start driving results for their clients quickly.
This is a high-visibility role where your responsiveness and product knowledge directly shape how our partners experience Alia.
You won't just be answering tickets. You'll be building relationships with agency teams, spotting patterns in what's tripping partners up, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as our partner program scales.
