WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking for a Chargeback Associate to join our operations team and ensure
a seamless, compliant, and highly efficient dispute resolution process. You will
play a critical role in managing the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle,
safeguarding Clara's financial integrity while delivering a fair and transparent
experience for our customers.

* Execute and manage the registration of national chargebacks in DDR and
international chargebacks utilizing MasterCom and Mastercard Connect.

* Process and resolve ATM withdrawal clarifications and disputes initiated
through our internal ticket management systems.

* Act as the primary owner of the controversy database, maintaining meticulous
control, administration, and organization of all dispute records.

* Define, categorize, and resolve clarifications for unrecognized charges,
applying the appropriate chargeback reas
