About the role:
As the Staff Engineer, Thermal Systems Engineering, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and optimization of data center cooling systems, with an emphasis on advanced applied water-cooled chiller solutions. Your expertise will directly impact our customers by ensuring the deployment of robust, exceptionally efficient, and reliable cooling solutions. You will provide critical technical support throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in data center thermal management and achieve exceptional system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Engineer,



Thermal Systems Engineering, you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting in the performance selection, evaluation, and specification of applied water-cooled chiller systems for data centers.
Supporting the selection process by collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure thermal system compatibility and effective communication across project stakeholders.
Contributing to technical reviews and providing support during all project phases, including the review of engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals related to applied chiller systems.
Identifying and helping resolve technical issues impacting thermal system performance, reliability, and sustainability, escalating complex challenges to senior engineers as needed.
