Job Position: SDR – Business Development Representative

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support O-Lab’s growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, starting conversations with companies, and helping schedule meetings for the commercial team.
This is an entry-level role idóneo for someone who is proactive, organized, curious, and interested in sales, technology, education, HR, corporate training, and social impact.
The Junior BDR will focus on researching companies, contacting potential clients, qualifying opportunities, following up consistently, and keeping the CRM updated.

Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of this role is to help O-Lab open new business conversations with companies that may need solutions for:
Corporate training.
Digital learning.
Onboarding.
Recruitment and talent assessment.
Workforce development.
Compliance training.
Simulations and gamified learning.
Youth employability and skills-based hiring.




The Junior SDR supports the Growth team by creating a strong pipeline of potential clients and helping move leads toward discovery calls, demos, proposals, pilots, or commercial opportunities.

Main ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential companies that could use O-Lab.
Build lead lists by industry, country, company size, role, and potential need.
Contact prospects through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
Qualify leads based on company needs, interest, budget, timing, and decision-making process.
Schedule and lead discovery calls or demos.
Follow up with prospects.
Maintain the CRM updated with contacts, companies, notes, status, next steps, and follow-up dates.
Support outreach campaigns for specific industries or products.
Help personalize messages based on each company’s needs.
Track objections, questions, and feedback from prospects.
Share insights with the Growth team about industries, pain points, and opportunities.
