At Empire National Inc., a global logistics company with operations across the United States, Mexico, and Europe, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for ambitious Bilingual Sales Executives who are driven by results, motivated by earnings, and eager to build a successful career in the logistics industry.

Your Mission
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships by offering customized logistics solutions, including domestic ground transportation within the United States and international import/export services. Your goal will be to build long-term business partnerships while driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
Negotiate transportation rates and logistics solutions
Prepare quotes and sell domestic and international logistics services
Coordinate import and export operations
Prospect, onboard,



and manage new clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide outstanding customer service and account support
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets

What We're Looking For
Advanced English proficiency (all negotiations and client interactions are conducted in English)
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of sales experience
Strong interest in sales, business development, and negotiation
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain sales
Degree in International Business, International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
