**PRINCIPAL FUNCTION**:
Implement, Supervise and Control the systems, processes, procedures and documents related to the import and export of merchandise so that they are carried out within the customs regulations established in Mexico and the United States.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Implementation of new regulations and regulatory changes
- Preparation of INEGI report
- Preparation of return reports for Annex 30
- Preparation of the Annual Prosec and IMMEX Operations Report.
- Management and control of Inventories in accordance with Annex 24
- Keep costs, BOM's, % of losses and waste, added value, etc. updated in the Annex 24 system.
- Upload or register in Annex 24 the new part numbers, including supplier, cost, country of origin, preferences and weight.
- Attend foreign trade audits
- Preparation of reports, such as the report of taxes paid, temporality of components, fixed assets, etc.
- Make monthly comparisons of the inventories in Annex 24 VS. Inventory in ERP system and amend discrepancies.
- Management and control of certificates of origin
- Monitoring and control of logs, import, export, crossing times, seals used and reds lights (US/MX Customs inspections).




- Renewal of VAT certification.
- Ensure that the electronic and physical file of imports and exports is updated.
- Back up of the Import and Export Compliance Manager.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience
- English 50%
- Extensive knowledge in:
- MX and US Customs Legislation and regulations
- Free Trade Agreements, mainly USMCA/USMCA
- Tariff and Non-Tariff regulations and restrictions
- Preferential and sectoral programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, RULE EIGHTH, etc.)
- Annex 24 and Annex 30
- VUCEM
- Foreign Trade Audits
