Your Role
We are seeking women graduates (6months to 1 year of experience in IT) interested in developing a career in Cloud Data Engineering (this program is open exclusivery for women).
This role is intended for candidates at an early stage of their career, with strong learning potential and interest in developing technical skills in data and cloud environments.
This position is part of a structured development program focused on building foundational capabilities in data and cloud technologies.
The role provides the opportunity to gain practical experience while supporting data-related activities under the guidance of experienced team members.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, AI Engineering or similar degrees related to Software Development and Technology
Women fresh graduates with 6+months to 1 years of experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable)
Advanced English level, capable to have fluent conversations (will be evaluated in the interview)
Exposure (academic or project-based) to cloud or data tools such as Azure or GCP is desirable
Basic knowledge of Python
Foundational knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of data and database concepts
General understanding of data processing or ETL concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork
