What You'll Do

Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, appropriate, and fair across diverse audiences and contexts
Identify ethical concerns and document them with clear, structured written feedback
Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types




Help AI research teams understand where systems fall short — and why it matters

Who You Are

Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology
A strong critical thinker who can hold multiple perspectives at once
Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the ways language can include or exclude
A clear and confident written communicator
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required

Nice to Have

Experience in journalism, policy, education, social work, or advocacy
Familiarity with discussions around AI safety, algorithmic bias, or responsible tech
Background in qualitative research, content review, or critical writing
