The Role
You work directly with the founders and PM on whatever is currently blocking the company. Right now: hiring engineers fast, catching bugs before the client does, knowing what the data says, and making sure what we learn once doesn't have to be learned twice.
What You'll Own
Talent & People Ops (tech-focused) — Source and screen engineers across LatAm. Run first screens, apply our scoring framework, keep the Notion pipeline live in real time. Spot the AI-generated application in five seconds, and the quiet great candidate everyone else filtered out. Own onboarding end-to-end.
QA & Product Quality — Daily smoke tests before client deployments (manual today, eating founder time: you take it over, then help kill it with automation). Bug tickets a dev can fix with zero follow-up questions.
Regression checklists per release. Test AI outputs, not just buttons — extraction accuracy, matching quality, the places where an LLM is confidently wrong. That last part is the hard part and the most valuable.
Business Analysis — Query production data directly. Build the dashboards the team and clients need: volumes, error rates, processing times, cost per document. Turn a vague client question into a defined analysis, and the analysis into a one-paragraph recommendation.
Documentation & Internal Knowledge — Own Notion as a real system. Capture what lives only in founders' heads and Slack threads: client configs, deployment quirks, decisions and why. Keep runbooks current as the product changes. Build onboarding paths. Make the knowledge base AI-usable so Claude can actually answer from it.
