As a Director ISC Project Management, you will have a transformative impact on
our business. You will drive operational efficiency, optimize decision-making,
and unlock valuable insights within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
organization by leading high impact / high complexity projects, from strategy
development to full execution. Your strategic vision and guidance will shape the
development and implementation of advanced analytics models and tools, enabling
us to stay ahead of the competition.

This Director role will be located in Juarez, Mexico and will need to have
flexibility to work out of any of the four manufacturing facilities within the
city. Juarez is a strategic location for manufacturing and will continue to
receive many high visibility / high priority ISC footprint and resilience
projects. The projects will include but are not limited to manufacturing / DC
site repositioning, footprint consolidations, and insourcing and outsourcing




projects to meet strategic plan and ISC resilience objectives. We are looking
for a strong leader who can assume a player-coach role, where you will be
responsible for managing critical projects as individual contributor, but will
have a potential of evolving to a people management role in the future. You will
be responsible for leading projects in accordance with Honeywell Technologies’
Standard Transitions Process (STP).
