Sales Representative- Agribusiness Sector

ROLE WITHIN THE SUBSIDIARY

This position of Sales Representative is within the framework of the company’s development strategy defined by the Sales Department, in accordance with the general policy of the company.

AREA OF INFLUENCE
· States of Querétaro y Guanajuato.

POSITION PROFILE
· Agricultural background or related experience
· Bachelor´s degree in Agribusiness Marketing, or related filed
· 5-10 years of general experience

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
· Negotiation skills
· Excellent listening ability specially to needs of the customers,
· Technical knowledge of the field and the vegetable seed business with seniority in open field crops (lettuce, hot pepper and carrots) and protected crops (sweet pepper and tomatoes).
· Knowledge on the current market and customers,




· Knowledge on IT tools such as Microsoft office, business applications like: CRM, SAP or similar, collaborative apps: MS Teams, Google and others.

LANGUAGES:
· English is required medium-advanced

MAIN MISSIONS

· Develop and implement strategies to increase market participation and generate business growth proposals.
· Negotiate commercial agreements with customers and ensure seed delivery, alongside creating monthly sales forecasts.
· Maintain continuous contact with direct/indirect customers to understand needs, secure satisfaction, and update the CRM database.
· Establish demonstrative field plots, organize promotional events/market visits, and participate in expos for
