About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Accounting & Controllership to lead costing activities and provide critical financial insights that support commercial operations and strategic business decisions. In this role, you will drive cost optimization initiatives, strengthen financial controls, ensure costing accuracy,



and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve business performance across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Supervisor, Accounting & Controllership, you'll be responsible for:
Leading and standardizing costing processes across commercial sites to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Reviewing and validating standard costs, cost roll-ups, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, labor rates, and overhead allocations.
Supporting new product introductions through costing analysis and financial evaluations.
Analyzing cost variances and identifying opportunities for cost improvement and operational efficiencies.
