ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with strong experience in payment terminals, payment industry standards, and customer-facing technical engagements. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, defining technical solutions, supporting integrations and certifications, and acting as a key bridge between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Product, Support, and Development.

The adecuado candidate brings excellent communication skills,



strong analytical thinking, and a highly adaptable mindset. They should be comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments while managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Understand customer business and technical requirements, define appropriate technical solutions, and assess feasibility based on customer needs and company standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project scope, solution flows, integrations, dependencies, implementation requirements, and risk assessments in English and/or Spanish.
Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, presentations, demos, RFIs/RFPs, certifications, testing, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Development, QA, Security, Support, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution and custome
