Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to advance the organization’s analytical capabilities and modernize the FP&A; function. This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, financial acumen, and stakeholder leadership. The successful candidate will design and implement enterprise-grade BI solutions, conduct advanced financial analysis, and serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across the business.




This position will play a critical role in interpreting BMU performance, trends, and category-level insights while driving automation, standardization, and data integration across FP&A.; The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision-making.
The Role
Business Intelligence & Data Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions—including data models, semantic layers, and interactive dashboards—optimized for performance through query folding, model size reduction, and DAX tuning.
Implement Microsoft Fabric components (Direct Lake, Lakehouse, semantic models) and apply Medallion architecture principles (Bronze/Silver/Gold) to deliver scalable, governed analytics.
