This role acts as the commercial orchestrator of customer opportunities, bringing together cross-functional expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Account Executive – Commercial will be responsible for growing Genesys’ presence in the assigned territory through a combination of new-logo acquisition, strategic account development, partner collaboration, and consultative selling.
This role requires an experienced technology sales professional who can engage senior business and technology leaders,



understand complex customer challenges, and position Cloud, Customer Experience, AI, automation, and contact center solutions as strategic business investments.
The successful candidate will lead complex opportunities from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure. They will coordinate Solution Consultants, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, Partners, Professional Services, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders around a clear customer and territory strategy.
Success will be measured by revenue performance, new business generation, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, strategic account growth, and the ability to create trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
