- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatornic, Mechanical Electric
- Recent graduate or less than 2 Years of Experience in Electric environment
- Lean Manufacturing tools basic knowledge
- Electric Safety basic knowledge
- Mid Advanced english
