The DYADlaw Client Care Coordinator will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls such as monthly check-ins, updates, questions, etc. to all current clients.
The Client Care Coordinator will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their case with DYADlaw, P.C. This position is crucial for maintaining high client satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication and care progression, where being a compassionate advocate for immigration and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is the goal.
**Compensation**:
$19,000 MXN monthly
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing an established number of customer relationships from case initiation to resolution.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure tasks and milestones are achieved timely.
- Set and manage realistic client expectations, providing clear and empathetic guidance throughout the duration of their case.
- Address and resolve any client issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining the firm’s reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Maintain availability in the Customer Service Incoming Call Queues. Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.

- This position requires full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Availability to work versátil hours and varying shifts to accommodate client needs across different time zones.
- Commitment to undergoing job-specific training to fully understand services, processes, and standards.
- Excellent listening skills, with an empathetic and supportive nature.
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and the ability to empathize with clients’ situations.
- Familiarity with basic computer software, office systems, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Keen interest in continuous learning about services and how they benefit clients.
