This facility will offer 1,200 local new jobs and will be the first health manufacturing facility in Querétaro (pioneers for healthcare Hub).

**The Opportunity**
Responsible for subcomponent of a project and/or assists Project Manager. Confirms completion of activities with cross-functional team, coordinates among team members. Follows quality and regulatory requirements.
**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate input from multiple areas with assistance from manager.
- Coordinate with assistance from manager project activities and ensure all milestones and project phases are documented appropriately in the timeline.




- Assist with the development of a preliminary implementation plan. Propose contingency plans to accommodate unforeseen errors.
- Identify the multiple areas’ needs to support with the design and development of the project plan.
- Translate project goals into project tasks. Identify business or technical problems, resolve them and make adjustments to meet milestones. Analyze date for true causes of problems.
- Recognize the broader implication of actions and proposals on the final project outcome. Prepare and present project status reports and presentations for the team.
- Negotiate schedules and milestones and resources requirement to meet project outcomes, guiding the project team with communication skills to the completion of project. May function as the project contact with third party vendors. Help others in the completion of project tasks and provide support in the decision-making process.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s degree, Engineering, science, technical areas.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in areas such as: engineering and operations; and 1 year in project management.
- Very detailed oriented with knowledge in validation and manufacturing lines.
- Possesses communication skills that will allow to interact, negotiate and reconcile differences with a cross functional team. Works well with others in a collaborative, fast-paced goal-driven environment.
