As an SR Manufacturing engineer you will define the industrialization of products based on specifications and designs, to transform them into robust manufacturing systems; providing the production area with necessary resources to carry out its processes; safeguarding the quality, delivery time and cost of the products. Manage and contribute through collaborative work, to implementation of continuous improvement ideas,



using Lean Manufacturing tools that allow exceeding compliance with the indicators established by the company.
Key responsibilities:
Improvement by providing work preparation expertise when issues not managed at shop floor level by technical shop floor support.
- Optimize further development for production processes in continuous improvement activities.
- Evaluate industrial impac- Collaborative-Design to Manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Indus).
- Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
- Push industrial requirements to Engineering & Supply Chain. (not included Build to Spec and Service&Support; topics).
- Introduce Manufacturing best practice/ standardization into design to improve cost efficiency and competitiveness.
- Define the Build Process.
- Calculate the time at operation level.
- Manage Technical Sequencing.
- Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…) requirements for creation or modification.
