As an HR Analyst, you will drive operational excellence within the Human Resources department,



serving as the primary point of contact for employees and efficiently managing administrative processes, payroll transactions, and the entire employee lifecycle. Your mission is to guarantee an agile, high-quality service and timely support that sustains business continuity and the overall stability of the operational team.
Key responsibilities:
New Hire Management & Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process by collecting documents, creating physical/digital files, signing contracts, and managing induction logistics and tools for day-one readiness.
Personnel Movements: Process and document promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and contract renewals in a timely manner.
Offboarding Process: Manage administrative termination steps, including resignation letters, severance calculations/payments, and exit interviews.
HR Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for employees to resolve general inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and employment verification letters.
