ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the company's Repair Service Center operations while ensuring effective oversight of warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities supporting the after-sales service organization.
The role oversees the diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, testing, and quality assurance of payment devices under warranty and out-of-warranty programs, while also ensuring efficient inventory management, spare parts availability, warehouse operations,



and reverse logistics processes.
Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations teams, this position drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cost control, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives. Although the primary focus of the role is the management and optimization of repair operations, the position also provides strategic oversight of warehouse and inventory processes through the support of an experienced warehouse team member.
This position is 100% onsite, office location is Siporex 2, Alce Blanco, 53370 Naucalpan de Juárez.
