Provide active leadership and support to develop and sustain SQCDM daily management; creating a problem solving culture in our Plant.
Responsabilidades
Principal Responsibilities• SQCDM Daily management (structure, tracking, training, audit, recognition).• Coach A3 report triggered by A3 teams.• Opex tools/practice training for each A3 team.• Develop & implement Opex practice in the shopfloor (Gemba Walks, 5S, Std work, A3, Kaizen, visual management).• Plan and develop Challenge the process event.
Requirements: • Related Bachelor's degree.• 0 - 5 years of experience.• Intermediate English.• Team player with innitiave and dynamic
