Your Role

* The role involves ensuring systems are configured correctly and addressing
issues across new and existing products.
* Support product configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
* Perform hands-on testing (writing and executing test scenarios).
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
* Work on both new product launches and ongoing system improvements.

Your Profile

* We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst with a
strong ability to analyze complex business problems, data, and processes to
identify solutions
* and opportunities for improvement.



The idóneo candidate will have over 3 years
of experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology
teams, with a proven track record in requirements gathering, validation, and
user acceptance testing (UAT)."
* 3+ years as a hands-on Business Analyst).
* SQL proficiency.
* Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.
* Understanding of loan processes, loan origination, and related terminology.
* Familiarity with general cloud knowledge.
* Analytical mindset - ability to diagnose, test, and validate systems and
data.
* Excellent communication - able to explain detailed problem-solving steps
clearly.
* Experience with Spectrum platform preferred
* Must be able to grasp concepts quickly, ask questions when unclear, and
communicate precisely.
* Engaged, detailed, and curious, not just overseeing tasks."
