Job Description
The Analog Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of next-generation analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits used in Micron's volatile memory interface products. This role involves close collaboration with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance analog IPs supporting advanced memory technologies.
The engineer is expected to clearly communicate complex technical concepts, evaluate design tradeoffs, and contribute to architecture and product development decisions. The role also embraces AI Assisted design methodologies to enhance simulation workflows, accelerate design space exploration, and support data-driven decision-making across the development cycle.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop,



and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced memory products.
Analyze and communicate design tradeoffs to design teams and internal customers.
Provide feasibility and topology tradeoff assessments during architecture development.
Perform schematic- and post-layout-level simulations to verify circuit functionality, performance, and robustness.
Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, and verification teams to ensure high-quality designs.
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across future memory technology nodes.
Collaborate with different function areas like systems, layout and digital designers among others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field with a specialization in Microelectronics.
