The Finance Senior Analyst drives financial planning, process excellence, and cost optimization initiatives across S&T; Finance. The role provides general exposure and end-to-end ownership of key FP&A; processes, partnering with Finance Business Partners, HR,



Procurement, Functional Leaders, and senior leaders across sectors to deliver actionable insights, improve efficiency, strengthen data governance, and support AOP, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Financial Planning & Analysis
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast, and monthly financial reporting processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate labor, operating expense, and productivity performance.
Analyze spending trends, variances, and cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare management reporting, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Productivity & Cost Optimization
Track productivity initiatives, savings delivery, and pipeline development across multiple workstreams.
Validate productivity assumptions and savings calculations.
