Objective / Purpose of the Function:



Ensure that all operational personnel are trained and qualified in the function they are performing with the objective of contributing to their development of capabilities to meet the needs of the organization. Authority: All employees are responsible for the quality of their own work. Employees are also responsible for reporting any nonconforming products, documents, or processes to their supervisors. Employee suggestions for improvement are encouraged and rewarded. In reference to authority and responsibility, all employees are responsible for compliance with Environmental Management. Maximum authority on the site in relation to the maintenance, compliance and updating of quality systems. Maximum person responsible for quality assurance, enforcing the applicable internal and external requirements on the processes and products manufactured on site.
