Jobübersicht
The NPI Planner / Buyer is responsible for managing procurement and material planning activities throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This role ensures the timely sourcing of materials, maintains supply chain integrity, and supports successful product launches by collaborating closely with Project Management, Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional teams.
The position is accountable for material availability, SAP data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the execution of project activities aligned with stage-gate product development processes. The NPI Planner / Buyer plays a critical role in ensuring first customer orders are delivered on time while maintaining high levels of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Was Sie Mitbringen Sollten
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain planning, or materials management.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launch activities.
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of SAP and procurement processes.
Understanding of supply chain management principles.
Knowledge of material planning and inventory management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and stage-gate product development processes.
Understanding of manufacturing operations and product launch requirements.
Technical Skills
Purchase order creation and management.
Material planning and supply monitoring.
