Responsibilities

Business Growth & Channel Development:
Develop new client acquisition channels and partnership opportunities.
Expand and manage relationships with IBs, affiliates, and business partners.
Introduce suitable trading solutions and services to different client segments.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
2.Market Development & Local Execution:
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior in countries.
Adjust business strategies to align with local market conditions.




Support marketing initiatives, online events, and partner activities.
3.Partner & Client Relationship Management
Act as a key contact point for partners and high-value clients.
Maintain strong long-term relationships to ensure mutual growth.
Internal Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Share market insights and business feedback with management.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within financial services or online trading.
Existing network of IBs, traders, or affiliates in country/region.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
