Role Description The BDM, VIP Manager, TL Mexico is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role focuses on developing and managing key client relationships, particularly VIP and high-value accounts, while leading and mentoring a local team to meet growth and revenue targets.



Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, executing market expansion strategies, coordinating with integral teams, and ensuring an excellent client experience for institutional and retail partners. The role also involves analyzing market trends, optimizing client acquisition and retention initiatives, and overseeing the performance of team members through regular reporting and coaching. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams is essential to align local activities with CXM’s global standards and objectives.
