In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* * Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other digital
communication channels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation,
operation, maintenance, and application of ultrasonic welding equipment
and systems.
* Analyze electro-mechanical and software-related product concerns and
recommend effective corrective actions.
* Partner with customers to identify solutions that minimize downtime and
optimize equipment performance.
* Document technical cases, customer interactions, and recurring product
issues within established systems and processes.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to
resolve complex customer challenges.
* Support product quality initiatives by identifying trends, recurring
issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
* Escalate highly complex technical matters to Technical Support Engineers
when appropriate.
* Build strong customer relationships by delivering responsive,
professional, and solution-oriented support.
