What You'll Do
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cash Application Specialists while driving performance and productivity.
• Oversee the end-to-end cash application process, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of customer payments.
• Resolve complex cash application issues, unapplied cash, and payment discrepancies while serving as the primary escalation point.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, standard operating procedures, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and process standardization to increase operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights that support business decisions and operational excellence.
