In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* * Prepare and file federal, state, local, property, sales, and other tax
returns and related reports accurately and on time.
* Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory filing
requirements.
* Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the
organization.
* Review business initiatives, transactions, and proposals to identify tax
implications and recommend appropriate actions.
* Support tax planning strategies aimed at optimizing the company's tax
position while maintaining compliance.
* Assist with tax audits, inquiries, and examinations by tax authorities.
* Prepare tax-related reconciliations, analyses, and supporting
documentation.
* Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business teams on tax-related
matters.
* Support due diligence and tax analysis activities related to mergers,
acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
* Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in accordance with company
policies.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
* Relevant experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or tax
compliance.
* Knowledge of federal, state, local, indirect, and/or property tax
regulations.
* Experience preparing tax returns and supporting schedules.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
