Purpose
The Front Line / First Line Supervisor (HMO) is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the site’s operational activities, including product receipt, isotank filling, and shipment of finished products in various packaging formats. The role ensures compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while maintaining product quality and on-time deliveries, always with a strong focus on meeting customer requirements.

Role Accountabilities
The Front Line / First Line Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
The role is responsible for coordinating and supporting site operations related to product handling, isotank filling, inventory control, shipping activities, and regulatory compliance.
This is achieved by ensuring safe and efficient operational processes, maintaining equipment and inventory availability, supporting customer delivery requirements, and promoting compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule shipments in accordance with customer plans, coordinate product dispatches, oversee isotank filling activities, and monitor deliveries of finished products to customers.
Enter and maintain operational information in SAP related to receiving, inventory management, and invoicing processes.
Coordinate isotank maintenance activities and plan preventive maintenance for the isotank filling area.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees and contractors.
Verify the availability of emergency and safety
