The HR Coordinator,



LATAM plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function across the region. This position is responsible for coordinating a broad range of HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, supporting HR programs and initiatives, and ensuring the timely execution of administrative and operational processes.

As a primary point of contact for employees and managers, the HR Coordinator serves as a trusted liaison between the HR team and the business, ensuring clear communication and the efficient resolution of HR-related inquiries. The role also supports the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes to promote consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across LATAM.

Main Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and programs, ensuring timely and accurate support.
